Where can I get a coupon?

Several times a year we have coupons in metropolitan-area newspapers. We also send out offers via our eClub – please join for offers, specials and other perks!

Do you take reservations?

Yes we do. You can make reservations online or by calling the restaurant.

How do I change/cancel my reservations?

You can make changes to your reservation by logging into your OpenTable account or by calling the restaurant.


How do I make a request for a donation?

All donation requests are handled at a local level. Please contact your neighborhood Buca di Beppo with your request.

Gift Cards

Where Can Buca Gift Cards be used?

Buca Gift Cards are valid at any BUCA, Inc. restaurant. Gift cards must be activated prior to use.

Can Gift Cards be purchased over the phone?

No, gift cards may be purchased through our secure website or at any BUCA, Inc. restaurant.

What denominations do gift cards come in?

Gift cards may be purchased in denominations between $5 – $500, in whole dollars only.

Do your gift cards expire or do you charge a monthly fee after a certain period of time?

Buca gift cards have no monthly fees and never expire.

Can I reload or add to an existing gift card?

At this time we cannot reload or add funds to an existing gift card. But we will be happy to sell you another one!

Can I order a gift card on-line and pick it up at my local restaurant?

No, on-line gift card orders will be shipped to the address you’ve provided during the order process.

When will I receive my gift card?

All orders placed will be processed the next business day. Delivery will depend on the option you choose.

Will I receive a confirmation?

Yes, after your order is placed you will get a confirmation page with an order number. You will also receive a confirmation email with your order information.

How can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped if you select an expedited shipping option.

Standard Delivery orders are mailed USPS and cannot be tracked.

Digital gift cards cannot be tracked no matter what shipping option you choose.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

No, we do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday because of the excessive shipping charges. Digital gift cards are excluded.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

Express shipping methods do not deliver to PO Boxes, however, Standard USPS delivery does. If you need delivery to a PO Box or APO address, please choose Standard USPS delivery.

Can I place an order for delivery in the United States if I live outside the U.S.?

No, all on-line orders must have a U.S. billing address.

What should I do if I lose my gift card?

Gift cards should always be protected as cash. If your gift card is lost, stolen or destroyed, please email us immediately at Please include the gift card number, copy of receipt or confirmation number of the order. Any unused, unclaimed or outstanding balance that can be verified as remaining on a gift card may be reissued on a new card at BUCA, Inc.’s discretion.
